the hotel arranged drivers and guides making my exploration easier. The rooms are well appointed with amenities and provide comfort. the onsite restaurants, palato and the rooftop restaurant, offered good service. both chefs came out to meet guests adding a personal touch to the dining experience

i noticed that parking might be more spacious to better accommodate guests' vehicles. The limited parking space was sometimes inconvenient. A larger parking area would greatly improve the overall experience. i hope they address this soon

the staff were friendly and helpful facilitating seamless check-in and check-out. Danish was cute and accommodating enhancing my stay at the hotel. his professionalism added to the overall positive experience.

Wonderful Stay Near the Taj

The hotel arranged drivers and guides. The hotel maintains very clean rooms, well appointed with many amenities. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. I found on-site restaurants such as the Palato and the rooftop restaurant to be very convenient.

The room key had to be left at reception for the room to be cleaned. The makeup of the room was not good because I found forgotten towels. I also noticed a lack of toilet paper in the restroom.

The team ensured great service. The staff was cooperative and cute. Security guards at the gate provided a secure environment. Their support was AMAZING!!!

The rooftop restaurant provided amazing views. LIVE music during dinner added a nice touch. The staff arranged tours when booked at reception. The location is within walking distance of Taj mahal.

My room was in the basement without windows. The television DID not work. The hot water was only warm at best. Furniture was dragged around above me until 1:30 every morning.
